  Sabine River Near Mineola affecting Wood and Smith Counties.

  Sabine River Near Gladewater affecting Wood, Upshur, Gregg and
  Smith Counties.

  Sabine River Near Hawkins affecting Wood, Upshur and Smith
  Counties.

For the Sabine River...including Mineola, Hawkins, Gladewater,
Longview, Beckville, Logansport...Moderate flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sabine River near Hawkins.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 32.0 feet, Expect flooded boatramps and several
  hundreds of acres of pastures. Move livestock and equipment to
  higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 31.0 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:45 PM CDT Wednesday was 31.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 28.6 feet Monday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    31.4 feet on 06/20/2000.

  Ranchers that may have cattle and equipment in the creek bottoms
  should move them to higher ground.

  - At 9:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 16.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:15 PM CDT Wednesday was 16.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Saturday evening and continue falling to 14.8 feet Monday
    evening.

* WHERE...Sabine River near Mineola.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Expect a couple of flooded barns.  Also
  expect water to overflow the bridge approaches to Farm to Market
  Highway 1804 between Hoard and Lindale.  Expect several hundred
  acres of flooded pasturelands next to the river both upstream and
  downstream.  Move livestock and equipment to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 17.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:15 PM CDT Wednesday was 18.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.9
    feet just after midnight tonight.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    17.9 feet on 02/15/2020.
